A Pound of Butter was created by Lindsey Bareich, a 16 year old with a passion for cake and all things sweet! After discovering her skill of cake decorating, and her interest in recipe development, Lindsey decided to share her love of baking with the world, through the formation of A Pound of Butter.

Located in Amherstburg, Ontario, A Pound of Butter's mission is to not only provide people with the desserts of their dreams, but to also help even the newest beginner learn how to make delicious treats from home.
